Oh okay I know they are a lot of voice over books, and I want to know which ones are the best one the best, so that I don't have to read all of them. (Because I'm not the world best read) I want books and Animé and Lip-Flap.

So whcih books are best.

I personally love "The Magic Behind the Voices," but that focuses more on some of the greatest voice actors of all time, it doesn't actually say how to become a voice actress.

Even if you don't have a lot of time to read this one's definitely worth it. Stop everything you're doing, get on Amazon and order this book.

The Art of Voice Over Acting by James Alburger

It is definitively the best book on VO ever, and trust me, I've read a LOT of them. It goes into a lot of detail about character acting and how to get into that scene.

If you don't have a lot of time to read, you can read my VO blog. I've had lots of success in my first year of professional voice over. I barely have any time for anything else. I would say that's a good problem to have though, don't you think? It sure doesn't hurt the wallet! Subscribe to the RSS feed and even have it delivered to your inbox! It's only been up for three days, but it's got a LOT of great info on it. Check it out!

Best wishes for success!
